He was the best dog i ever had. He was put to sleep today after a steep decline of his health over the past few months. I wish i knew what made his health decline. I got him back when i was in Texas. He was always a good dog. I just wish he could've been around for a few more years.

I'm sorry for your dog.
I actually had a dog that lived for 18 years, almost 19. But he died on martin Luther king's birthday. He had a tumor near his butt. When he was about to die, he might have had a stroke, because he was yelling before that, but then he just started shaking and stopped yelling. Then he stopped moving completely.
It was a tragic moment.

I can imagine. especially if you had the dog for that long. seeing my dog go after 9 and 3/4 years was painful enough. but for twice that would just be horrible.
