Best flash game i ever played

It combines some of my favorites things, guns, cars, and killing zombies. all it needs it bikini clad babes and i could play it for days on end. I like how you can customize the paint job on your car and how many weapons you can buy. I also like how challenging the levels get as you progress even further into the game. I hope to see a Kill Kar III sometime soon.

Very interesting

This is a great game, it makes you imply a stategy to prevent the flu spreading to more states and to prevent it from killing everyone in the country, you also got to prioritize the states that get vaccines if you get tight on cash. My personal best was 24 days 284.86 alive and 15.66 million dead

very innovative. i like how you have to use different controller configurations and different level set ups. also i mange to beat it in 4:50

It's quite addicting but story mode is a bit too easy. but none the less it's still a great game also I got over $1 billion on one shoot

Great Game

I believe it was a superb game. It was entertaining, the idea you destroying stuff flying on a sperm cell is pretty original, and the artwork was quite exceptional. Also i liked the music.

for over 300 years then world war 3 happens, at least thats how i ended.
really sucks when you build all the human oil plants you can possible build on the terrain cause then oil will just go up from there. other than that it was a really fun and awesome game. i hope to see a sqeuel to this game soon
